Alicia is one of the co-directors at St. Mark's Nursery school.  She is married with three children, two of whom attended St. Mark's.  Alicia has extensive experience teaching and developing curricula and programs for a school within the New York City school district.  Alicia served as a substitute teacher at St. Mark's and has held several different positions on the school's governing board.  In 2017 Alicia accepted a position as the assistant education director at St. Mark's.  When Shirley Perri retired, she and MIchelle Creegan decided to team up to be co-directors at St. Mark's. Alicia’s addition to the school gives the school a unique opportunity to leverage her experience and enhance the school.
